100% refund is you cancel your registration 7 or more days ahead of the course (subject to a 10% processing fee)
50% refund is you cancel your registration 3 or more days ahead of the course (subject to a 10% of the full course cost processing fee)
No refund if you cancel your registration 2 or fewer days ahead of the course
If we cancel a course or reschedule it to a time which is not suitable to you, we will offer you a free registration at any future offering (maximum student load permitting)
Books:
No refund is available on books.
Software:
We will refund your full purchase price minus an administration fee within 60 days of purchase if you find the software does not function as advertised.
